okay its probably on here somewhere but I couldn't find info on it so my Question is, is it okay to turn the stock keys and torsion bar up to level a 2002 chevy duramax CCLB beside alignment what else does it affect or should I just save money and buy a leveling kit any info is appreciated thank you
Like others here, I usually just use the trailer ramp. However, If your using a jack you can use a block of wood to put between the lip of the deck and your main frame and when you jack the mower up all the force goes directly to the frame of your mower and weight stress at deck attachment points will not be an issue.
I jacked the front of the truck up Sat. the rotors are spinning free setting in the drive way, but when I'm driving they seem to drag, I have one of the infrared thermometers, Thur I got home and checked the temp of the rotors their both about 200 F (which is good), the next day I check the temp when I get home one is about 200 F the driver side is 300 F.
Hey guys, I'm new here and recently picked up a 2015 Yukon SLT. I've read all the great reviews on the new engine/transmission and I'm currently trying to figure out a safe and acceptable towing capacity as we're looking to pickup a travel trailer for camping!
I am not a gear head, but have common sense. I watched a couple youtube videos, laid out my project on my floor and installed this thing. It took me longer because I didn't find a place in my 2003 extended cab Duramax to put the air gauge/controller because of the airlines running out the back and stuff.
I put these on a stock height 2003 Chevy 2500 HD, Duramax with 167,000 miles on the original shocks. What a difference! These are awesome shocks.
